DaaS is a subscription-based design model that replaces traditional hourly or per-project pricing. With DaaS, you pay a flat monthly fee and submit unlimited design requests. Getting Started with DaaS
Get up and running with Design as a Service in just a few minutes. Here's your complete DaaS onboarding journey.
Choose Your Plan
- Visit the Plans page
- Compare the three tiers: Starter, Growth, and Studio
- Consider your needs: request volume, turnaround time, queue size
- Select monthly or quarterly billing (save 15% with quarterly)
- Click "Choose Plan" to proceed
Create Your Account
- If you're new, you'll be prompted to create an account
- Enter your email address and create a secure password
- Optionally add your name and company name
- Accept the terms of service
- Click "Create Account"
Complete Payment
- Enter your payment details on the secure checkout page
- Review your subscription summary
- Complete payment to activate your subscription
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Set Up Your Profile
- You're automatically redirected to your Dashboard
- Go to Overview tab to set up your profile
- Add company info, billing address, and tax ID (for invoices)
- Upload your logo and set brand colors
- Add brand guidelines URL if you have one
Start Your First Request
- Click "Start new request" button in the header
- Select the type of design you need (icons, illustrations, logos)
- Fill in the details and upload reference materials
- Submit your request — we'll get to work!

Creating an Account
You can create an account in two ways:
Via Subscription
When you select a plan and proceed to checkout, you'll create an account as part of the process.
Direct Registration
Visit /auth/register to create an account before subscribing.
Logging In
- Go to /auth/login
- Enter your email and password
- Click "Sign In"
- You'll be redirected to your Dashboard
Password Recovery
- Click "Forgot password?" on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a reset link
- Click the link and set a new password
Logging Out
Click the "Logout" button in the header (next to your avatar) to securely sign out. Your session will be ended and you'll be redirected to the home page.

Creating DaaS Design Requests
Learn how to create the perfect DaaS design request to get great results fast with our Design as a Service platform.
Step-by-Step Process
Open the Request Form
Click the "Start new request" button in the dashboard header. A modal will appear with the request form.
Enter Project Title
Give your request a clear, descriptive name. Example: "Homepage Hero Illustration" or "Mobile App Icon Set"
Select Service Type
Choose the type of design work:
- Icons: Select complexity level and quantity
- Illustrations: Choose type (spot, hero, etc.) and quantity
- Logos: Specify concepts and variations needed
Choose Design Style
Select from our library of design styles: Hand-drawn, Flat, 3D, Gradient, Line art, and more. You can also upload a custom style reference.
Write Your Brief
The brief is crucial! Include:
- What the design is for (website, app, marketing)
- Target audience and tone
- Specific elements or scenes to include
- Colors, mood, and style preferences
- Any text that needs to be included
Upload References
Attach any helpful files: brand guidelines, wireframes, sketches, inspiration images, competitor examples.
Set Deadline (Optional)
If you have a specific deadline, set it here. Otherwise, we'll use your plan's standard turnaround.
Submit Request
Review the credit cost displayed, then click "Submit request". Your request will be added to the queue.

How to Download
- Open the request from your Requests tab
- Go to the Files tab in the request viewer
- Find the deliverables section (marked with checkmarks when approved)
- Click Download on individual files or Download All
- You can also access all files from the main Files tab in your dashboard
Communication & Feedback

The Message Panel
Every request has a dedicated message thread where you can communicate with the design team.
- Send Messages: Type in the message box and click Send
- Attach Files: Click the paperclip icon to attach reference files
- View History: Scroll up to see all previous messages
- Real-time Updates: Messages appear instantly for both parties
Giving Effective Feedback

Approving Deliverables
- Review the uploaded deliverables in the request viewer
- If changes are needed, use the Request Revision button and provide feedback
- Once satisfied, click Approve Delivery
- The request status will change to "Approved"
- Download your final files

We use Figma for real-time design collaboration on many projects.
How Figma Works With Your Requests
- For applicable requests, we create a Figma board for your project
- The Figma link appears in your request's Details tab
- Click "Open Figma Board" to view and comment
- Leave comments directly on the design for precise feedback
- Watch changes happen in real-time

Fill in your project name, detailed brief, timeline, and contact information.
Submit Quote Request
Click "Get a Quote". We'll review and respond within 24 hours with a detailed proposal.

- Click Download next to any invoice

Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade Plan
Billing → Change plan → Select higher tier. Prorated immediately.
Pause Subscription
Billing → Pause subscription. Credits preserved. Resume anytime.
Cancel Subscription
Billing → Cancel subscription. Access continues until period end.

How Credits Work
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation
- Credits are the currency for design requests
- Different design types cost different credit amounts

Good News: Your Credits Roll Over!
- Unused credits automatically roll over to the next billing period
- Up to 50% of your monthly credits can roll over
- Rollover credits are added to your new period's credits
- Credits expire 2 months after being allocated
Subscription Pause
Need a Break? Pause Your Subscription
Life happens! You can pause your subscription for up to 6 months. Here's what you need to know:
- Pause duration: 1-6 months (you choose)
- No billing during the pause period
- Important: Existing credits still expire after 2 months, even during pause
- Your billing period is extended by the pause duration when you resume
- All your files and project history remain intact
- Resume anytime from your Billing dashboard
