Getting Started

How do I start a subscription?
Simply choose a plan on our pricing page, create an account, and complete the checkout. You'll receive a welcome email with access to your dashboard within minutes.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but we do have a 2-month minimum commitment with a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, we'll work to make it right or issue credits.
How quickly can I start after subscribing?
You can submit your first request immediately after subscribing. Typical project start time is 3-5 days from signup, allowing time for onboarding and brief review.
What information do I need to provide to get started?
We'll need your brand guidelines (if available), style preferences, project brief, and any reference materials. Our onboarding process guides you through everything.

Plans & Pricing

What's the difference between plans?
Plans differ in credits per month, turnaround time, queue priority, and communication channels. Starter is best for occasional needs, Growth for regular design work, and Studio for high-volume teams.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Paddle. We also support PayPal for annual subscriptions.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Quarterly billing saves 10% compared to monthly. Contact us for custom annual arrangements with additional savings.
What happens if I exceed my credits?
You can purchase additional credits anytime at your plan's per-credit rate. Extra credits are added immediately and roll over like regular credits.

Credits & Deliverables

How fast is delivery?
Turnaround depends on your plan: Starter (1-3 business days), Growth (1-2 business days), Studio (1-2 business days with priority). Complex requests may take longer.
What's included in each credit?
1 credit = 1 custom illustration or 4 icons. Logo packages require 12 credits. Spot illustrations and simple graphics use 0.5 credits. Each deliverable includes up to 3 revisions.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, credits roll over month-to-month while your plan is active. They expire 30 days after cancellation or subscription pause.
What file formats do I receive?
All deliverables include production-ready vector files (AI, SVG, EPS) and high-resolution PNGs. We can also provide Figma components, PDFs, or other formats upon request.
Are revisions included?
Yes! Each deliverable includes up to 3 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions beyond that may use partial credits.

Communication & Workflow

How do I communicate with the design team?
Communication varies by plan: Starter uses email with weekly summaries, Growth includes Email or Slack integration, and Studio gets a dedicated Slack channel with real-time creative direction.
How do I submit a design request?
Use your dashboard to create a new request. Fill in the brief, upload references, and submit. You can track progress and provide feedback directly in the platform.
Can I request changes after delivery?
Absolutely! Use your included revisions to request changes. Simply comment on the deliverable in your dashboard and our team will make adjustments.
Who will work on my projects?
You'll work with our experienced design team. Studio plan subscribers get a dedicated art director who maintains consistency across all your projects.
Can I schedule a call to discuss my project?
Yes! You can book a 30-minute intro call through our website. Growth and Studio subscribers can also request project-specific calls as needed.

Ownership & Legal

Do I own everything I receive?
Yes, 100%. Full copyright transfer is included with every deliverable. You own the assets outright and can use them commercially without restrictions or royalties.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, we can sign your NDA or provide our standard confidentiality agreement. An NDA template is available on our Legal page.
Can I resell or redistribute the designs?
You own full rights and can use designs however you like, including for client work. However, designs cannot be resold as-is on stock marketplaces.
What about AI-generated content?
We use AI as a tool to speed up certain workflows, but all final deliverables are created and refined by human designers. You receive full ownership regardless.

Account Management

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime after the 2-month minimum period. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, after the 2-month minimum, you can pause your subscription. This preserves your unused credits until you're ready to resume.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Unused credits remain available for 30 days after cancellation. After that, they expire. We recommend using your remaining credits before your subscription ends.
Can I add team members to my account?
Yes! You can invite team members to collaborate on your dashboard. They can submit requests, provide feedback, and download deliverables.
How do I update my billing information?
Go to your account settings in the dashboard. You can update payment methods, billing address, and view invoices at any time.

Design Services

What design software do you use?
We primarily use Figma and Adobe Illustrator. For specific requirements, we also work with Photoshop, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools.
What types of designs can I request?
We specialize in illustrations, icons, logos, UI graphics, marketing visuals, and brand assets. We don't do motion graphics, 3D modeling, or web development.
Can you match our existing brand style?
Yes! Send us your brand guidelines, existing assets, or references, and we'll ensure all deliverables are consistent with your brand identity.
Do you offer one-time projects?
Yes, we offer custom one-time work for those who don't need a subscription. Visit our Custom page for pricing on individual icons, illustrations, and logo packages.
What if I'm not satisfied with a deliverable?
Use your included revisions to request changes. If we can't meet your expectations after revisions, we'll issue a credit refund for that request.

Library Access

What is All Access library?
All Access gives you unlimited downloads from our pre-made illustration library. It's included with your subscription and adds instant access to thousands of ready-to-use assets.
What's the difference between All Access and Ultimate All Access?
All Access includes our core illustration packs. Ultimate All Access adds premium collections, exclusive styles, and priority access to new releases.
Can I use library illustrations commercially?
Yes, all library downloads include commercial licenses. Use them in websites, apps, marketing materials, and client projects without additional fees.
How often is the library updated?
We add new illustration packs monthly. Ultimate All Access subscribers get early access to new releases and exclusive collections.
